  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product has not been washed, altered, damaged, or stained.
  • The return request is made within the applicable return period.
  • The product was purchased directly through VJ Clothings.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or product-specific considerations:

  • Used or worn products
  • Washed or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Damaged or stained products caused after delivery
  • Jewellery or other hygiene-sensitive products, where applicable
  • Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For verification, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • Details describing the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review the request.
  4. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  5. The returned product will be inspected after we receive it.
  6. Once approved, the applicable exchange or refund will be processed.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will generally be made through the original payment method or another applicable method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges, if applicable, may depend on the reason for the return.

If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an issue attributable to VJ Clothings, we may provide an appropriate resolution.

For customer-requested returns due to reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal choice, applicable return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • Product condition
  • Applicable exchange period

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may provide another applicable resolution.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Once an order has been shipped or processed for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

9. Important Note

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video when opening their package, especially for products that appear damaged or incorrect. This may help us verify and resolve product-related complaints.
